Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy:

• A valid credit card or payment is required to confirm your reservation.
• Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Full payment for the stay may be required at the time of booking or upon check-in, depending on the room type and rate plan.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• For cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date, or in case of a no-show, one night’s stay will be charged as a penalty.
• Any changes to the reservation must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in to avoid additional charges.
